Our Maintenance Plan
$165.00 – Includes Tune-ups Twice per Year
Price is for one HVAC unit; additional units billed at $75.00 each
Plan Includes:
We will come out twice a year and perform a Spring and Fall tune up.
Heat pump/AC unit:
- Blow out the condensation drain line and flush
- Clean evaporator coil in place, and add pan tablets to drain pan
- Test all electrical components
- Clean outside condenser coil, and check refrigerant level and temperature split, and
- Inspect ductwork for rips and tears.
This does not include cost of filter.
Gas Furnace:
- Blow out the condensation drain line and flush
- Inspect heat exchanger for any cracks
- Test amp draw and capacitor for indoor blower motor
- Inspect all safety switches
- Test for gas leaks as well as for Carbon Monoxide in and around furnace, and
- Clean flame sensor, and burner compartment.
This does not include cost of filter.
